Arizona Public Integrity Alliance, Inc. is an Arizona nonprofit corporation recognized under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is not a political action committee. Its independent expenditures are made without cooperation or consultation with any candidate. Donations are generally not tax deductible. Expenditures are made solely at the discretion of the board of directors.

Voters' Right to Know Act reports

When our campaign media spending in an election exceeds the thresholds in A.R.S. 16-973, we file disclosure reports with the Arizona Secretary of State identifying donors of original monies who gave more than $5,000 during the election cycle. Reports are public on the Secretary of State's campaign finance site.
